So, with the resounding loss of Toshiba’s HD-DVD spec, I’ve finally got an excuse to get a PS3 (beyond getting Eye of Judgement which seemed an expensive proposition). My XBox 360 covers most if not all of my console needs (those needs not convered in turn by my PSP…though would you really consider a PSP a console??) and my PC covers the majority of my gaming needs…

I had the 80GB Motostorm Pack in my wish list on Amazon for a while…waiting…until I checked in and found out they no longer sold it (I refuse to buy from 3rd parties on Amazon…limited success there). Well, shit, I said. Couple days pass and I think, hmm…there’s gotta be some news about that somewhere so I search and lo and behold, what do my dry, irritated, and tired eyes see? This little nugget on a NEW 80GB pack coming soon…Can’t say it’s as great a deal as joystiq thinks it is but it’s still better than nothing.
